I think I've lost count on how many
times green beans have joined
us at the dinner table... I  LOVE  IT!!!

Broil on high for 12 minutes with
olive oil, Kosher salt
and cracked black pepper.

Each time I cut an onion from the ceiling mounted collection, I take a moment to reflect on how grateful I am for all the work and time that has gone into growing things WE EAT.
What a blessing.  Thank you Bret Sr.

So these are  RED  BELL  PEPPERS...
Actually - we think someone switched the pepper plant tags.
We ended up waiting forever for these to turn red!  :O)

Still delicious as  GREEN  BELL  PEPPERS.

Especially delicious in omelets and breakfast burritos...

The beginnings of the summer garden:
STRAWBERRIES
Red  BELL  PEPPERS
Green  BELL  PEPPERS
TOMATOES

All of these lovelies have made it into several different dinners
and sides over the last month!  It's going to be so hard to start
buying store onions and kale when the time comes...
My onion collection keeps growing as we keep harvesting.
Thankfully - no store onions for a while!

Winter Garden - March 2017

garden greens for our family's dinner.
From garden to dinner table in less an 20 minutes...

a smoothie that morning!
