| I think I've lost count on how many times green beans have joined us at the dinner table... I LOVE IT!!! Broil on high for 12 minutes with olive oil, Kosher salt and cracked black pepper. |

| Each time I cut an onion from the ceiling mounted collection, I take a moment to reflect on how grateful I am for all the work and time that has gone into growing things WE EAT. What a blessing. Thank you Bret Sr. |

| So these are RED BELL PEPPERS... Actually - we think someone switched the pepper plant tags. We ended up waiting forever for these to turn red! :O) |
